What it is and what it isn't
The shape of a brow is read on the face
Brow micropigmentation places pigment in the skin to complete or rebuild brow hair. The brow is the most communicative part of the face. That is why the result depends on how well your face was read before the work began.
What it is
- A partial rebuild around the hair you already have. Gaps are filled, asymmetry corrected and a faded tail extended.
- Work that starts from your brow bone and your gaze.
- A permanence decision. The tone is chosen for how it will read in two years.
- Work that fades and is maintained, with touch-ups planned from the first consultation.
What it isn't
- It isn't only microblading. Microblading is one of the possible techniques, and not always the right one for your skin.
- It isn't a fashionable shape copied from a reference. A brow that was right in 2019 gives away its year today.
- It isn't forever, and it isn't temporary like makeup. It sits in between.
- It isn't reversible with a wipe. The pigment stays in the skin until it fades.

You decide who sees a mistake on an arm. A mistake on a brow is seen by everyone, every day. That is why the brow is worked to the strictest standard in the atelier.
How it is worked
Three decisions that define the brow
The face governs the shape.
The shape is read on your face Where the brow starts, where its highest point sits and where the tail ends are not decided with a ruler. They are read on your face, with the brow at rest and in movement. A symmetrical brow on a face that isn't reads as corrected.
Pigment behaves differently in that skin Brow skin has its own thickness, oil and blood supply. That changes how color settles and how it shifts over time. It is what separates a brow that softens cleanly from one that turns gray or red.
What another hand already left A good share of the people who ask already have brows pigmented by someone else, in a shape or tone they don't want repeated. What is underneath is assessed first. Then it is decided whether it can be worked over, whether it should soften first, or whether it shouldn't be touched at all.
